Set Up Auto Pay
- Login to your Sparklight Online Account using your username and password. Check our support article if you forgot your username or password.
- Navigate to the Billing section to check your current Auto Pay status. Click on 'Setup Auto Pay' if it is not set up yet.
- To use an existing payment method, select the radio button next to the payment method and click continue.
- To add a new payment method, select 'Add Payment Method' and choose either Bank Account, Debit Card, or Credit Card and enter your payment details.
- You may need to enter your email address.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
- You will see a Thank You confirmation message indicating that Auto Pay has been successfully activated.
